My Story... I thank you for visiting "The Easy Button of Real Estate!" website, as my customers have referred to me over the years. I would rather talk about your real estate goals than myself, but here is my story. It was early 1973 when I successfully negotiated my first real estate agreement. As a starving college student just out of the Navy, I managed to list 45 homes in my first 45 days, and sold twelve my first 12 weeks. Since that quick start, I have owned and managed residential and commercial offices, my own construction company, and a 660-unit management company. With 33+ years of experience in SW Florida, I am able to supply a wealth of knowledge to anyone buying, selling, investing or exchanging. Our market changes dramatically from area to area and I make it my full time job staying on top of it.
